By downloading, installing, or using UnRepostAll ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
UnRepostAll is an iOS application that automates the removal of TikTok reposts from your TikTok account. The App logs into TikTok through the official TikTok website and removes reposts based on your instructions.
You must have a valid TikTok account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok account credentials.
While we implement rate limiting and follow TikTok's terms of service to protect your account, you acknowledge that:
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: removing your own TikTok reposts. You will not:
The free version of the App allows you to remove a limited number of reposts per 24-hour period (currently 50) with a single TikTok account. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion.
Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and include:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All subscription purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data stored locally on your device and data transmitted to our backend servers for service operation, usage tracking, and subscription management.
You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from app deletion, device loss, or other circumstances.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You acknowledge that using automation tools may violate TikTok's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by UnRepostAll and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnRepostAll regarding the use of the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
